PRE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
With our past experience we strongly believes that a more
positive management of the design phase of any project help to
assure that design reflects the budget, schedule and needs of
the client. It is a proven fact that more that 70% of control
of budget and schedule are with in the design phase of the
project. Hence, we have developed and actively utilizing a pre
construction service approach that provides a clear
forecasting and less design changes in actual construction
phase.

Design Management
Our pre construction services aims to address cost, schedule,
design, construction documents, team co-ordination, actual
constructability. By discussing these issue in the pre
construction phase, problem area can be highlighted early and
possible solution can be found to achieve effective and
efficient project design, that reflects the actual need of the
client.
We always cater to focus on pre construction stage so as to

Microtech has completed it works either as general contractor
or sub contractor, mostly on negotiated projects. Our project
ranges, in terms of cost ranges from over NRs. Sixty Million
Rupees to smaller projects in or around Nrs. One Million
Rupees. These ranges of projects have ensured our flexibility
and know how not only to self performed work but to
successfully oversee the work of multiple contractors as well
as other trade involved in the project. Project specific

MAINTENANCE SERVICES
Our maintenance services are basically of two types
1. On call basis
2. Annual maintenance contract (AMC).
These maintenance are offered on following service:
a) Chillers, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Split type
air conditioning units, motors and cold rooms.
b) Electrification problems and trouble shooting.
c) Energy Auditing.
d) Plumbing services namely pipeline rectification works,
sanitary fixtures.
We provide prompt and reliable services, in above mentioned

our side. We have experienced manpower with professional
tools, who would come and solve your problems under our On
call basis program.
As per our clients needs, we also provide yearly maintenance
services i.e. Annual Maintenance contract (AMC) for
Air-conditioning and refrigerating equipment. In yearly
contract we provide regular visit in your facility /
institution as per contract, on which our visit may be weekly,
bimonthly or monthly. Beside this we entertain unlimited
-maintenance related calls.
In AMC program we do not charge any labor cost for replaced
material as well as servicing for air-condition as per
required number.
4. DRAWINGS
It is a common practice that all the drawings are based on
electronic copy these days, namely AUTOCAD. We at Microtech M
& E have full time drawing professionals, with vast experience
in MEP layout. With our exposure and projects, we have
completed hundreds of drawings, be it in form of Design
drawings or shop drawings or As Built Drawing.
We offer our following services under drawing category:
Preparation of Design Drawings (In HVAC, Electrical and
Plumbing filed).
Preparation of Shop Drawings (Project Specific)
Preparation of As Built Drawings.
We have ventured on project that revolves around Business
Process Outsourcing with our valued client from Canada,
Australia and Newzeland. This project is under negotiation and
will be finalized by October 2005. If you are interested in
